What are the monthly and yearly prices?

Choose €20 per month or €200 per year. The yearly option saves €40 compared with paying €20 every month for 12 months. Any applicable VAT will be made clear before you subscribe.

Does ordna take a commission on my orders?

No. ordna charges no commission on customer orders. Your sales revenue is paid directly to your connected payment account.

Are there any hidden ordna fees?

No setup fee or surprise ordna transaction commission is part of this offer. Payment providers may charge their own processing fees under their separate terms.

Do I need my own payment account?

Yes. You connect your own payment provider account so customer payments go directly to your business, subject to that provider's approval and fees.

Can I sell products by weight?

ordna is designed for fresh-food products where the final prepared weight can differ from the estimated quantity selected by the customer.
